Co-Founder / Executive Creative Producer
Co Founder and Partner, Jo MacKay has a creative flare and a calculated approach to risk taking that allows her to learn and utilise new ways of thinking. An empathy for and understanding of the challenges that both creative and technical teams face means that Jo can adapt to find the right solution for both without compromising either.
This together with her talent for empowerment and motivation in others, toward the shared delivery of projects, is paramount to her success.
Co-Founder / Executive Producer
As co-founder and partner in the business, day-to-day Ian focusses on business matters on a company and project level.
A graduate of Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) and with a background in both the ticketed live sector and cultural/bespoke celebrations, Ian’s focussed on resource and commercially delivering projects to the standard LarMac are renowned for.
Executive Producer
Nick has worked on and produced multiple UAE National Day celebrations, The Founders Memorial in Abu Dhabi, and multiple shows at Sharjah’s Al Majaz Amphitheatre.
Bringing extensive music industry experience (working with artists including U2, Michael Jackson and Simply Red), Nick also produced the torch arrival at London’s 2012 Olympics and has most recently delivered the critically acclaimed ABBA Voyage production in London.
Creative Producer
With a degree in Art & Design, Siobhan is passionate producing creative projects for global audiences.
Her role encompasses a wide variety of responsibilities for the company and involves both leading on projects and acting as an associate to the Executives.
Producer
Laura, based in Los Angeles, has 17 years of experience in the live and broadcast markets.
Of that over 10 years was spent with LarMac and now Laura provides trusted US based local resource for any of our stateside projects.
Project Operations and Logistics
After graduating from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, Ewa started her career in events by accidentally working on an event for BBC Wales. From that initial introduction to the events world, Ewa has had the privilege to work at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues as well as across Europe, the USA and the Middle East on a variety of projects in the worlds of sport, TV & film, live entertainment, ceremonies and many more.
Ewa’s brings her background of operations, project management and safety to the LarMac team.
Senior Production Manager
Driven by the desire to produce a professional experience for the client, the audience and the artist, Alex is a senior production manager with significant background in the live entertainment industry. His role specialises in technical delivery with a strong understanding of logistics and planning.
Creative Associate
Sula holds a first class degree in English and Creative Writing from Leeds University. Throughout university and since graduating, she has worked across film, television and event production around the world.
Sula brings her creative thinking skills and knowledge of different production processes to her role, working to support the creative team in delivering their vision across each project.
Office Manager & Administrator
Sam provides us with the systems and processes that keep the LarMac machine moving.
Areas of oversight include finance, HR and company-wide resourcing.
